Is CFV luck or skill base card game? Part1

Hi guys, i am here again to talk about some random CFV topic which has been bordering me. So is CFV luck or skill? Btw i play Yugioh. First we ask ourselves, what is luck? if you google it, definition of luck is "Success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions" but without action how do you know your next move is good or bad? If its pure luck? Why does the units need skills and not just pure vanilla units? The skills are for you to think, should or shouldn't use at the point of time. So my opinion?

BOTH. Its better to believe in luck then not. Because you got nothing to lost and even if you are a skillful fighter which does not have a positive luck, you may get bad hand in the beginning? Every game needs luck, be it MTG, Yugioh, or even Texas "em. If anyone told you that luck is not important and its pure skill, he/she is bull mudtha shitting you. So now we know that luck is important but so is skill. Even if you have awesome luck but with lousy skills and poor decision? you may still lose. I will list out a feel scenario of what i mean by skill is involve:
  1. Let say if you are starting the battle first, you draw 5 cards and you get 1x G3, 2x G2, and 2x G0. What are the cards you going to mulligan? Ans: I will mulligan the 2x G0, 1x G2 and maybe even the G3(depending on what clan and build you are running). This way you might get a high chance of getting G1.
  2. Riding your G1 VG, you have 2x G1, one is a 8000 Vanilla Unit, and maybe a 6000 Unit. Bear in mind you are starting first. Which will you use to ride? Ans: I know 8000Atk G1 will be a good booster but ride that as a VG because 8000 will be a better Def compare to 6000. Your opponent will spawn as many G1 as possible to attack when you ride a 6000 G1 and you will have very little guards as only G0 can guard G1 VG. This apply to riding G2, its recommended that you ride a vanilla unit if you don't want to get heavily damaged.
  3. when and when not to guard? Your Opponent Attack using RG,VG, RG attack formation, should you guard the 1st attack or not?(that is when you still have 4 or less damages) Ans: No, you shouldn't guard. This is when luck comes in, you will want to have a trigger for that damage trigger check. If you do, you can add a extra 5000 to your VG and that makes your defence and hand size stronger.
Alright guys, i think i will stop at 3 scenario and i will share more tips next time. This is just my opinion, and for you guys to comment :) Share your experience with us and to everyone.

Cheers
